- Minimum Turnover: Eligible companies must have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 10 crores.
- Employee Count: Companies should have at least 10 employees to qualify as a suitable place for the internship.
- Intern Placement: To ensure adequate exposure and learning opportunities, only one intern is to be placed per department within a company.
Academic and Professional Development Objectives:
- Interns are expected to immerse themselves in the company culture, understand the organizational structure, and gain hands-on experience in functional departments.
- The program is designed to enhance the interns' understanding of professional practices and foster the application of their academic knowledge in a real-world setting.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Interns will be under the guidance of a designated faculty member from their institution and a company guide who will oversee their progress.
- Regular reporting and updates are mandatory to track the advancement of the interns and the fulfillment of their learning objectives.
- A comprehensive report documenting the internship experience must be submitted at the end of the program, adhering to the specified academic standards and formatting guidelines.
Completion Documentation:
- Upon successful completion of the internship, the company is required to issue a letter of completion which the intern must submit to their academic institution.
